    Job Title: Delivery Driver

    Job Description

    As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for operating a non-CDL box truck to deliver equipment to patients' homes and various facilities such as hospitals, retirement homes, and hospice facilities. Your primary duties include ensuring timely delivery and setup of equipment like supplemental oxygen products and hospital-grade beds, as well as instructing caregivers on proper usage.

    Responsibilities

    + Drive a non-CDL box truck on assigned routes to deliver and pick up equipment.

    + Handle will-call deliveries as needed when the full day of routes is not scheduled.

    + Set up and pick up equipment such as supplemental oxygen products and supplies for home care patients.

    + Assemble and disassemble hospital-grade beds in customer homes.

    + Ensure timely return of rental equipment and coordinate with the warehouse team for offloading and cleaning.

    + Provide caregivers with instructions on equipment usage if necessary.

    + Use a tablet to log information once equipment setup is complete at patients' homes.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient driving skills with a clean driving record from the last 3 years.

    + Experience in loading and unloading equipment.

    + Ability to manage warehouse inventory.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with assistance from wheels on equipment.

    + Valid driver's license.

    + Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, driving to residential homes, hospitals, clinics, and retirement homes. When not on the road, you will assist in the warehouse, helping to organize and stage products for the following day's deliveries.

    This is a Permanent position based out of The Dalles, Oregon.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
