Summary of Position

The Industrial Engineering Intern will support the Energy Sector Business by working with the engineering team on manufacturing activities.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities

+ Support the Manufacturing Engineering team on industrial engineering activities and daily tasks to support the production line, such as:

+ Work instructions creation

+ Time studies

+ Process development and improvements

+ Layout design and layout setup

+ Equipment and fixture setup maintenance

+ Hands-on activities for problem solving and production line troubleshooting

Qualifications

Major(s): Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineering

Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Recent Graduate

GPA: Min 3.0

Availability: Must be available to work in Grantsville, UT, from August, 2025 – November, 2025

Technical Skills: CAD drawing skills (AutoCAD), MS Office Apps knowledge. Good written and verbal skills (technical writing), able to handle simple power and manual tools.
