**Murrey’s Disposal** is hiring a skilled **Class B CDL** **Roll-Off Truck Driver** in **Fife, Washington** . This position requires the ability to operate **manual transmission** **trucks (10, 13, or 18-speed)** and a strong commitment to **safety and reliability** . If you’re experienced in **roll-off operations** and want a stable, full-time role in the **waste management industry** , we want to hear from you!
• Pay & Schedule
+ **Competitive hourly wages** starting at **$35.00–$35.50/hr**
+ **Full-time schedule** : Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays
+ **45-hour work week** with overtime opportunities
•️ Key Responsibilities
+ Operate **manual transmission** **roll-off trucks** safely and efficiently
+ Pick up and drop off roll-off containers at customer sites and disposal facilities
+ Perform **daily vehicle inspections** and basic maintenance
+ Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
+ Interact professionally with customers and dispatch
+ Complete required paperwork and logs accurately
• Working Conditions
+ Physically demanding role—requires **lifting over 50 lbs**
+ Exposure to **outdoor weather** , **fumes** , **vibration** , and **moderate noise**
+ Must follow all **safety protocols** around moving mechanical parts
• Minimum Requirements
+ Valid **Class B CDL** with **air brake endorsement**
+ **Manual transmission** **experience** (10, 13, or 18-speed) is **required**
+ At least **2 years of** **commercial driving** **experience**
+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
