• _Pay Range:_ $25 per hour

• _Schedule:_ Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM – Route Complete

Mountain View Waste Systems, a **Waste Connections company** , is looking for a **safety-conscious Local Route Driver** to join our expanding team in Bailey, Colorado!

• **No CDL? No problem!** We provide the **truck, training, and even pay for your CDL** to help you grow your career.

What You’ll Do:

+ Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes

+ Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials

+ Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries

+ Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch

What We’re Looking For:

•️ Valid driver's license (CDL not required – we’ll help you get it!)

•️ Clean driving record

•️ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

•️ Strong communication skills

•️ Commitment to safety and customer service
