    We’re seeking a Product Manager to help lead the revolution of AI-driven user experience design and interaction in Pega Infinity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, architecture, and enablement, a creative learner who is passionate about delivering intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences for developers and end users alike.

    Picture Yourself at Pega:

    You’ll be responsible for shaping the front-end experience across our Infinity, Launchpad, and Blueprint platforms, with a focus on our UX design system, self-service tooling, and AI-backed app authoring and end-user experience. Your work will directly influence how users build, visualize, and interact with the lastest GenAI-backed applications—empowering professional and citizen developers and helping our clients to delight their customers.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + Define UX Strategy: Help drive the roadmap for Pega’s user experiences, including components, forms, API interactions, and embedded self-service interfaces.

    + Partner with Design: Collaborate closely with UX and visual designers to deliver elegant, accessible, and performant user interfaces.

    + Enable Low-Code Development: Build features that simplify app creation, including reusable components, styling frameworks, and authoring tools.

    + Lead Agile Execution: Translate user needs into actionable stories, manage the product backlog, and guide development through Agile ceremonies.

    + Champion The Agentic Revolution: Help Pega lead in delivering GenAI-backed design and end-user experiences and reshape how users collaborate with AI to optimize their work.

    + Drive Modernization & Adoption: Work with enablement teams, partners, and clients to support workshops, documentation, and training for internal and external developers.

    + A systems thinker who can balance UX, architecture, and business needs.

    + A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.

    + A communicator who can clearly articulate product vision and technical tradeoffs.

    What You've Accomplished:

    + 5-10+ years of product management experience with a focus on working with both creative and technical UX teams, ideally for design systems development and enhancement.

    + Strong consulting skills with proven success working with across teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions. At ease communicating with executives, clients, and developers.

    + Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing. Willingness to learn the latest in applied AI.

    + Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

    + Bonus: Understanding of Pega Infinity, especially our latest Constellation Design System, is a strong plus.

    + Bonus: Knowledge of Pega, especially our latest Constellation Design System, embedded self-service, and/or developer enablement programs.
