What You’ll Do:

As an **Aircraft Structural Technician** , you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and performance of elite aircraft. You’ll work on a variety of complex structural and mechanical tasks with a team that values quality and precision.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

+ Troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft

+ Installing and removing aircraft components

+ Performing minor repairs on composite structures and components

+ Fabricating or modifying aircraft parts and conducting structural modifications

+ Supporting complex structural repairs both on and off aircraft

+ Operating ground support equipment

+ Performing mechanical and electrical installations/removals

+ Completing documentation in compliance with manuals and regulations

+ Participating in safety initiatives, 5S activities, and adhering to general work and environmental health/safety requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

+ 2–4 years of aircraft structural sheet metal repair/modification experience (or equivalent)

+ Completion of sheet metal A/C Tech school or similar training

+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Personal hand tools with demonstrated ability to maintain inventory/control

+ Ability to obtain Ground Support Equipment Qualifications

+ Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Ability to obtain a SIDA badge (if applicable)

+ Basic computer literacy

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $45.00 per hour
