Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, CRM Reporting Lead to join our team at Razorfish, a leading marketing agency. This role is ideal for a data storytelling wizard with significant agency experience who can elevate our CRM reporting capabilities and drive actionable insights for our clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

+ **Reporting and Analysis:** Take charge of campaign reporting and ad hoc analyses, including business impact assessments and customer segmentation analysis. Support cross-channel analysis, aligning CRM with website and paid media performance.

+ **Report Development:** Adopt and enhance existing reporting methodologies, supporting efforts in reporting automation, and evolve reports based on client and internal needs.

+ **Insight Generation:** Develop learning agendas and measurement plans in collaboration with the CRM Data Director and project management. Ensure all deliverables are insightful, accurate, and actionable.

+ **Client Interactions and Presentations:** Present reports to clients in a conversational and engaging manner. Guide discussions beyond surface-level findings and confidently answer questions using data insights.

+ **Team Leadership and Development:** Directly oversee a team of 3-4 analysts, providing coaching on data interpretation, presentation skills, and strategic focus to address client needs. Lead by example, stepping in to assist where needed while fostering a collaborative team environment.

+ **Collaborative Efforts:** Work closely with CRM strategists to ensure reports reflect the success or areas of improvement regarding executed strategies. Work with the technical data operations team to articulate reporting needs effectively, leveraging a sound understanding of ETL processes.

Qualifications

+ Extensive experience in CRM or marketing reporting within an agency environment.

+ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; ability to up-level analysis to meet evolving client needs.

+ Strong presentation skills, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.

+ Understanding of cross-functional roles and data processes, with the capability to provide insightful and strategic recommendations.

+ Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, ensuring data and reports effectively support broader business strategies.

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $158,865 per year . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
