Key Responsibilities:

+ Renovation Management: Manages renovation projects and performance under contract from inception to occupancy

+ Project Scope Development: Leading development of project scope, budget, timeline, and obtaining necessary approvals

+ Developing RFPs: Collaborating on RFP development and contractor selection

+ Arranging Expert Consultation: Arranging expert consultation services required for projects, such as architects, engineers, surveyors, or designers

+ Coordinate Project Meetings: Facilitating project meetings with appropriate internal and external stakeholders

+ Client Liaison: Keeping clients informed of project status, communicating any issues which impact project delivery

+ Coordinating Review and Approvals: Coordinates review and approvals of design documents and cost estimates

+ Safety Compliance Assurance: Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, safety guidelines, constructions safety procedures

+ Estimating Project Needs: Identifying and estimating project needs and deficiencies

Work Environment:

+ Location: On-site

+ Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%

+ Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience: Minimum of 12 years
