What You'll Do
We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Owner Solutions Product Management team. You'll lead the discovery, strategy and solutions for Life and Disability Insurance new business and onboarding technology focusing on organizational effectiveness and customer experience.
You'll have the opportunity to:
+ **Own Product Strategy** : Work closely with our Onboarding experts to set direction and priority for high-value business items
+ **Lead Discovery and Insights** : Guide discovery efforts by using experimentation and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas
+ **Lead Product Delivery** : Ensure successful, value-driven delivery across teams. Manage dependencies, support agile practices, and deliver on roadmap commitments
+ **Engage & Communicate:** Represent our business for the product, fostering strong relationships with key partners to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog

Who You Are
+ 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
+ 2+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
+ Demonstrable ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in a product-driven environment
+ Experienced in managing multiple priorities, leading and influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating partner relationships
+ Skilled at integrating diverse perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
+ Extensive experience in end-to-end product management, with a track record of driving product maturity through discovery, strategic planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
+ Experience with Life and/or Disability Insurance or Financial Services
+ Analytical, self- motivated and collaborative to get results through others
+ Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Miro, Confluence
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$106400 - $167000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers an in-office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
