    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support our Graduate Medical Education (GME) service line. As a member of a small, high-impact team, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support for academic healthcare operations

    What You’ll Do:

    + Manage financial analysis, reporting, and accounting processes for the GME program

    + Lead budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of financial performance in alignment with regulatory and strategic goals

    + Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to guide leadership decisions

    + Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to identify trends, opportunities, and insights

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, academic leadership, and operational teams

    + Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

    + **Preferred:** Master’s degree (MBA or related field)

    Experience:

    + **Required:**

    + 5 years of finance or accounting experience

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare finance
