Job Duties
As our **Analytics Solutions Architect** , you will successfully analyze business processes, products, services, and systems to improve current processes and make proposals of profitable business decisions that are based on data, analytics, and insights. You will support stakeholders with complex analytics while also providing detailed information about business performance, eliminates inefficiencies in processes, and supports prioritizing improvement initiatives.
Hiring requirements
You will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience using various types of data analyses approaches to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information-Oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or another relevant field.
Other Hiring requirements
+ 3+ years of experience in collaboration with business stakeholders and with various business problems.
+ 3+ years of experience in data visualization and data storytelling.
+ Proven critical thinking skills: ability to define problems, establish facts and draw conclusions.
+ Skilled at complex analysis and problem solving.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and process significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across functions in an international environment.
+ Strong conceptual thinking skills: recognizes patterns and trends. Generates theories and conceptual models to explain relationships between information.
+ Ability to work both independently and as a member of the team.
+ Ability for adapting to changing requirements and capability for continuously learning new skills and methods.
+ Information seeking: Identifies gaps in existing information and seeks out further detail.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $126,800 – $174,350. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
