Reports To: VP, Deputy General Counsel

Role Summary:

Are you a legal pro who thrives on variety, collaboration, and solving real business puzzles? As our Senior Counsel, you’ll be at the heart of the action—drafting deals, navigating risk, and partnering with teams across the company to make smart, strategic decisions. If you love contracts, creative problem-solving, and working with sharp, driven people, this is your jam.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a team player ready to jump in across our legal function, including serving as:

• Deal Maker Extraordinaire: Lead the charge on structuring, drafting and negotiating all kinds of commercial agreements—from client and vendor deals to M&A and strategic partnerships.

• Real Estate Legal Ninja: Handle legal needs for network of warehouse and office space. Whether it involves leasing, subleasing, sales, acquisitions and disputes, you will be our go to.

• Business Whisperer: Be the go-to legal voice advising our business, strategizing, answering questions, and making complex concepts digestible. Whatever it is – you'll help make sense of it all and drive action.

• Cross-Team Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Ops, Finance, and Security at Radial and our global network of affiliates to make sure legal is always in the loop and adding value.

• Litigation & Collections Strategist: Help manage client litigation and bankruptcies, coordinating with external counsel and internal teams.

• Process Guru: Streamline legal templates and documentation, ensuring ease of use, clarity and consistency.

• Compliance Champion: Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations and guide the business through a balanced analysis of business risks.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school + bar admission

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm

• A knack for contracts, negotiation, and clear communication

• A collaborative spirit and a sharp legal mind

• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat

Travel:

• This position is not remote.

• Travel is 5%.
