    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a team in the manufacturing industry. This role will be responsible for analyzing production costs, preparing budgets and forecasts, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting month-end closing activities. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with plant leadership, operations, and corporate finance teams to monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure alignment with overall business goals. A strong understanding of standard costing, inventory analysis, and manufacturing processes is essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.     Requirements

    3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field REQUIRED
