    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a Plant Controller for an established manufacturer. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, variance reporting, and financial reporting. The Plant Controller will partner closely with the Plant Manager and operational teams to drive cost efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, a deep understanding of standard costing and inventory management, and a proven ability to lead and develop a finance team in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully onsite and offers significant visibility to senior leadership, with opportunities for advancement within a global organization.

    Requirements

    5+ years of manufacturing accounting

     

    Cost variance analysis

     

    Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance REQUIRED
