• Business Intelligence Manager

    Description We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making within our organization. This long-term contract position is based in Bradenton, Florida, and offers the opportunity to work on impactful business intelligence projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BI tools, data visualization, and analytics to support strategic goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies and solutions.

    • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Cognos, and BusinessObjects to create insightful reports and dashboards.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design data visualization solutions.

    • Manage and optimize Atlassian Jira workflows for analytics and reporting purposes.

    • Conduct A/B testing and ad hoc reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies.

    • Develop and maintain interactive maps and data visualizations using Maps API.

    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.

    • Lead agile Scrum processes to deliver BI projects on time and within scope.

    • Provide actionable insights through advanced analytics to support decision-making processes.

    • Train and mentor team members on business intelligence tools and best practices. Requirements • Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Cognos, and BusinessObjects.

    • Strong knowledge of Atlassian Jira for managing workflows and projects.

    • Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, including Maps API.

    • Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and create ad hoc reports.

    • Familiarity with agile Scrum methodologies for project management.

    • Solid understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making processes.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
