** This is a full-time, limited-term position expected to last 18-months from the hire date, with the possibility of extension based on operational needs. The role is fully benefitted and primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence required for specific hiring and related events. **
What will I be doing in this role?
The Senior Talent Advisor serves as a consultative strategic partner and recognized expert in recruitment. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various positions throughout the organization, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates to hiring departments. With a focus on attracting the most qualified candidates, the Senior Talent Advisor will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to build and retain a diverse workforce. They will conduct interviews and provide informed recommendations on hiring decisions. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Senior Talent Advisor will support the Talent Acquisition Department with HR-related special projects and other assignments as needed.
+ Facilitate and implement the full-cycle recruitment process for all levels of staff and leadership positions.
+ Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies and recruitment solutions to attract active and passive candidates.
+ Create and recommend appropriate sourcing strategies while considering budget.
+ Analyze client requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand overall hiring needs.
+ Screen candidates through interviews, skills assessments (when applicable), and provide recommendations for hiring decisions.
+ Perform comprehensive salary analysis and recommend competitive offers based on experience, market data, and internal equity.
+ Review professional references, discuss findings with hiring managers, and identify any gaps in training needs.
+ Deliver and negotiate offers of employment.
+ Provide support and education to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process, including developing training tools and process outlines.
+ Establish and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
+ Collaborate with Human Resources COEs, LOBs, the HR Service Center, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience for hiring managers and new hires.
+ Ensure recruitment practices comply with active Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) for union transfers and hires.
+ Lead and support HR projects, including seasonal hiring events/job fairs, meetings, reporting on recruitment initiatives, and preparation for regulatory surveys.
+ Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and/or Director to address and resolve unusual or complex hiring issues.
+ Promote and attend networking events, job fairs, and build partnerships with affiliated schools, associations, and boards to strengthen talent pipelines.
+ Prepare reports, charts, and spreadsheets, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, improve results, and influence hiring decisions.
+ Support the execution of marketing and employer branding initiatives aligned with recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Requirements:
+ High school diploma or its equivalent.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields is preferred.
+ Three (3) years of experience working in a Talent Advisor or Recruiter role.
