    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately

    + Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs

    + Conduct road tests to verify quality of work

    + Follow all safety and quality standards

    + Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area daily

    + Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications

    + Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians

    + Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

    + Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

    + Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech strongly preferred)

    + Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:

    + Maintenance Services

    + Engine Repair

    + Suspension & Steering

    + Brakes

    + Electrical Systems

    + Heating & A/C

    + (Optional) Drivability Diagnosis

    + Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    + Personal toolset appropriate for the role

    This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Flat Rate hour from $22 to $35.
