    Responsibilities for an Accounts Payable Clerk include but are not limited to:

    + Process a **high volume of invoices (75-100 daily)** through 3-way matching using **SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platforms** .

    + Collaborate with **buyers, vendors, and internal partners** to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.

    + Manage **vendor statement reconciliations and procurement inquiries** .

    + Participate in **special projects** to enhance the shared services environment.

    Candidates for Accounts Payable Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + **2-4 years of accounts payable experience** in a high-volume environment.

    + Proficiency with **ERP systems (SAP preferred)** and **Microsoft Excel** , including **VLOOKUP and pivot tables** .

    + High School Diploma required; **college degree preferred** .

    + Ability to work overtime during monthly closings and peak demand periods.
