• Maintenance Technician

    Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Marshville, North Carolina to find an experienced and eager Maintenance Technician to join their growing team!

     

    The main responsibility of a maintenance technician is to install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain production and facility equipment and provide support, which will include adhering to all policy and procedures for a safe work environment.

    Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Maintain operation goals that include mechanical drives, hydraulics, belts, drive motors, motor controls, electrical conveyors, and pneumatics, follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals to ensure proper operations.

    + Maintain preventative maintenance operations to ensure all moving equipment are in proper working order for maximum efficiency.

    + Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.

    + Maintain and support repair parts inventory to facilitate repairs and support of little or zero down time.

    + Maintain and open line of communication for anticipated repairs or troubleshooting to prevent major repairs while optimizing production.

    + Work in a safe manner to assure compliance with ALL safety rules and procedures of EWPI-communicating safety daily with management.

     

    Pay rate for this position is based on experience.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
