    Job Title: Production Supervisor

    Job Description

    The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of the assigned team. This role involves managing personnel, daily metrics, and making improvements to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery as part of daily operations. The position requires direct supervision of employees supporting this operation and other assigned areas of the plant. The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Value Stream Manager.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and coordinate all activities of the assigned team.

    + Manage personnel to ensure efficient operations.

    + Monitor daily metrics and implement improvements for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

    + Directly supervise employees supporting this operation and other assigned areas of the plant.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in continuous improvement processes.

    + Knowledge of assembly and lean manufacturing.

    + Ability to analyze and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

    + Understanding of manufacturing processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Onsite interview required.

    + Onboarding process takes approximately 2-3 weeks post-offer.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment involves supplying the industry’s widest range of advanced water system solutions, enhancing and ensuring quality, safety, flow control, and conservation in and around nonresidential buildings. The role operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4-4:30 pm.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Sanford, North Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
