3RD SHIFT Compounder/ Manufacturing Tech

Job Description

Join our team as a Manufacturing Tech where you will play a crucial role in assisting machine operators with offloading materials, adhering to safety regulations, and manually moving buckets and vats of flavors. You will be involved in mixing, blending, and compounding products, while working in a dynamic environment with a variety of flavors such as vanilla, garlic, and fish oil.

Responsibilities

+ Assist machine operators with offloading materials.

+ Adhere to all safety regulations and rules.

+ Manually move buckets and vats of flavors.

+ Assist in mixing, blending, and compounding of products.

+ Perform various duties around the facility to assist while people are out.

+ Clean the facility and bowls after food production.

+ Help machine operators and use a tablet.

+ Lift 50+ lbs consistently.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.

+ Proficiency in mixing, lifting, production, manufacturing, and material handling.

+ Knowledge of blending, GMP, FDA regulations, and compounding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Comfortable reading documentation and work orders.

+ Ability to use a tablet.

+ Willingness to wear a beard mask or no beard at all.

Work Environment

Work on the 3rd shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, with potential work on weekends as needed. Be prepared for 12-hour days and Saturdays when production is high. Engage in a flavor and fragrances environment where proper PPE is provided, but be aware of the existing smells.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CERRITOS, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
