    Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of injection molding, manual and automated assembly equipment, as well as building and facilities maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems with a variety of equipment.

    + Order necessary supplies.

    + Interface with operators, technicians, and lead personnel in the troubleshooting and repair process.

    + Review and update MP2 System.

    + Report problems requiring outside assistance to the supervisor.

    + Follow all safety rules and practices.

    + Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

    + Pneumatics

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician in a manufacturing environment.

    + 2+ years of experience troubleshooting automated machinery.

    + 2+ years of experience in repairs on hydraulics.

    + 2+ years of experience with pneumatics.

    + Ability to read machine blueprints.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is available on the 1st shift, with working hours from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code is relaxed, but steel-toed shoes are required. The manufacturing facility is extremely clean and temperature-controlled.

    The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $72800.00/yr.
