    Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant

    Medical Assistant – Full-time, onsite, $21-$23 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a communicative team!

     

    Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant

     

    - 3+ years of recent medical assistant experience required

     

    - Cardiology experience highly preferred

     

    - Medical Assistant diploma or certification required

     

    - High school diploma or GED required

     

    - Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

     

    Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant

     

    - Greet and room patients

     

    - Collect patient information and enter into EMR system

     

    - Perform blood draws

     

    - Help provider with procedures and injections

     

    - Handle prior authorizations and prescription refills

     

    - Answer phones and schedule appointments/procedures

     

    - Float between Gilbert and Chandler offices
