About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the Benefits Specialist by providing operational, process, and project-based assistance across a wide range of employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in administering and tracking various benefits programs, including education reimbursement and retirement benefits.

+ Support basic leave and accommodation requests, workers’ compensation reporting, and related processes.

+ Help develop and distribute benefits-related communications to employees.

+ Create and maintain documentation for benefits procedures.

+ Identify opportunities to streamline and automate benefits processes.

+ Contribute to special benefits projects and provide general support for departmental initiatives.

+ Assist with planning and executing webinars, events, and employee programming.

+ Support ongoing administrative tasks such as invoice processing, budget tracking, audits, and mailings.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with direct experience in benefits administration.

+ Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (advanced level preferred).

Details:

+ Pay: $28 - $35/hr. based on related experience

+ Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental and vision benefits offered

+ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

+ Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
