The IAM QA is a critical component of our organization's security and compliance framework, focused on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of controls across critical systems. It involves systematic reviews and testing of IAM processes to verify that access permissions are correctly assigned, managed, and maintained.
The IAM QA team largely focuses on the Privileged Access Management space and has a QA program which specifically concentrates on high-level and sensitive access rights, ensuring that privileged accounts are securely managed and comply with Bank standards and policies.
Responsibilities:
+ IAM QA Reviewer is responsible for conducting IAM application tests against requirements outlined in the IAM Privileged Access Control Framework/Playbook
+ Follow a pre-defined set of instructions/test scripts; the Reviewer conducts tests assigned by the deadline each month
+ The Reviewer communicates the findings of the assessment to their IAM team lead, who will escalate to appropriate parties (e.g. Application owner, Governance lead and other stakeholders as deemed necessary)
+ Follow a pre-defined set of instructions; the Reviewer will complete verification testing when the reported defects have been remediated
+ The QA reviewer may be assigned specific program tasks such as:
+ Data entry in SharePoint related to identified defects
+ Data extraction and entry from systems of record such as RISE, Trident and Business Rules Engine
+ Create metrics based on provided instructions / templates
+ Integrate results into PowerPoint slides, tables etc
Required Qualifications:
1-3 Years Experience:
+ Working experience with Microsoft office apps w/ strong Excel/ v look up, Pivot table skills
+ Strong communication skills- written and verbal
+ Proactive and takes the initiative
+ Project Management skills
+ Ability to multitask
+ Time management and organizational skills
+ Demonstrate accountability and ownership
+ Strong collaboration and partnering skills with ability to positively influence and motivate others, enjoys working in a team environment
+ Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources draw conclusions, and provide recommendations
+ Drives timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
+ Comfortable with ambiguous situations capable of analyzing, simplifying, and collaborating to solve complex problems
Desired Qualifications:
+ Process Management experience with technology related emphasis e.g. Process, Risk, Controls, and Metrics
+ Ability to work alongside all levels of management and across multiple partner teams
+ Audit, Risk or Controls experience
+ Tableau Experience
+ Experience in highly regulated industries
