**Site Expansion Execution:** Direct and manage all aspects of the manufacturing network expansion, ensuring new sites are aligned with capacity, cost, and geographic goals.
**Cross-Functional Alignment:** Partner closely with the Director of Value Stream to ensure the E2E supply chain is fully prepared to support current and future product portfolios.
**Strategic Project Coordination:** Work in tandem with the Director of Project Management to ensure strategic capital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with long-term business needs.
**Portfolio Planning:** Align manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure with product development roadmaps and business growth objectives.
**Risk Management & Scenario Planning:** Conduct scenario modeling and risk analysis to ensure the resilience and scalability of the manufacturing network.
**Stakeholder Communication:** Present business cases, timelines, and progress updates to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
**Budget Oversight:** Contribute to long-range financial planning and support effective capital allocation tied to strategic growth initiatives.
**Performance Monitoring:** Define and track KPIs to measure progress and success across network expansion, integration, and transformation efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, or supply chain design is required.
Proven experience leading manufacturing network design, footprint expansion, or greenfield site initiatives.
Strong understanding of E2E supply chain processes and dependencies.
Experience working cross-functionally with project management, engineering, product development, and supply chain teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking, systems-level understanding, and data-driven decision-making skills.
