    Position Overview

    The Sr Director of Americas Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across North and South America. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring the ability to set vision, build and manage high-impact campaigns, and directly execute programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners closely with sales and product teams, and is equally comfortable with high-level planning and day-to-day execution.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    + **Regional Marketing Strategy**

    + Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy for the Americas, aligning with global objectives and adapting to regional market dynamics.

    + Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and growth drivers unique to North and South America.

    + Define and communicate the regional value proposition and messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance across all channels.

    + **Integrated Campaign Execution**

    + Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, field, ABM, events, webinars, content) to generate demand and accelerate pipeline.

    + Leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and inform future initiatives.

    + Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to measurement, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

    + **Sales Alignment & Enablement**

    + Partner closely with Americas sales leadership to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring shared goals and tight collaboration.

    + Develop and deliver sales enablement resources, training, and tools tailored to regional needs.

    + Provide actionable insights and feedback loops to improve campaign effectiveness and sales outcomes.

    + **Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration**

    + Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Americas marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and results.

    + Collaborate with global marketing, product, and partner teams to ensure alignment and leverage best practices.

    + Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

    + **Brand & Market Presence**

    + Drive brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives throughout the Americas, including PR, analyst relations, and industry events.

    + Represent the company at key regional events, conferences, and forums.

    + **Budget & Performance Management**

    + Own the Americas marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.

    + Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    + 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or global leadership role.

    + Proven success building and executing integrated marketing strategies in the Americas for complex, high-growth organizations.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills; hands-on approach to campaign execution.

    + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

    + Deep understanding of digital, field, and content marketing tactics; experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.

    + Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency a plus.

    + Data-driven, innovative, and adaptable in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

     

    This role is ideal for a marketing leader who combines strategic vision with operational excellence, and who is passionate about driving growth through both leadership and hands-on execution across the Americas.

     

    Salary and Benefits

     

    Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range).

     

    The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
