Thurston Medical Clinic, a proud member of Praxis Health, is seeking anInternal Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team. We are looking for a provider with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Benefit Highlights:

+ Compensation:

+ 12-month salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000

+ Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $380,000/yr

+ $75,000 Loan Repayment Assistance

+ $30,000 Sign-on bonus

+ Up to $15,000 Relocation

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Abilities:

+ Highly-engaged MD/DO physician

+ Board Certification and Residency trained in Internal Medicine

+ Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients

+ Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics

+ Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

+ In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Respect for patient's confidentiality

+ Compassionate and approachable

+ Responsible and trustworthy

+ Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements

+ While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
