    The Stadium Floor Tech Part Time. Floor care and maintenance experience needed. Knowledgeable to perform maintenance on floor care machines. Resilient to noise. Physically agile. Excellent communication skills.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour

    **Schedule:** Part Time Event Based, Weekdays, Weeknights and Weekends.

    **Location:** Al Davis Way

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 1 year of floor care and maintenance experience needed

    • Customer service experience

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

    Responsibilities:

    + Cleaning offices, hallways, common areas, and other areas.

    + Moving furniture before and after cleaning.

    + Cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping, and waxing floors.

    + Measuring chemicals correctly. Operating chemical dispensing units.

    + Labeling chemicals correctly.

    + Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.

    + Keeping an inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.

    + Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.

    + Assisting with the hazardous waste collection as requested by the supervisor.

    + A minimum of 3 years of Floor maintenance experience needed.

    + Knowledgeable to perform maintenance on the M30 and T12 machines.
