UW MEDICAL CENTER NORTHWEST** has an outstanding opportunity for an **EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATORS AMBULATORY CLINICS.** **WORK SCHEDULE

+ Onsite **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION** AMBULATORY NETWORK **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ Partner with Ambulatory leadership team to coordinate and develop systems to promote quality
+ Works closely with all levels of administration, physicians and external organization to coordinate practice operations
+ Primary administrative contact for internal and external customers **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supports 3 Assistant Administrators of Ambulatory Clinics
+ Manages complex calendars for Executives
+ Organizes and coordinates meetings and functions for senior management, Trustees, and others as requested
+ Using expert-level, broad-based software skills (spreadsheets, presentation software, database, graphics, publishing, etc.), prepares various documents and reports
+ Provides administrative support of a highly complex and confidential nature
+ Coordinates/Manages projects, meetings and special events for senior management, Trustees and others as requested
+ Takes minutes and provides follow-up on matters arising from meetings **REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related degree
+ Requires a minimum of five years administrative assistant experience to executive level management or a combination of project management and administrative/executive assistant experience
