About the team: The Operations Finance team within Health & Wellness plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by ensuring we steward resources wisely—empowering us to reinvest in what matters most: helping our customers and associates save money and live better. As trusted partners to our field leaders and teams, we lead with excellence in financial reporting, strategic analysis, and collaborative decision-making. Always ready to support, we bring clarity to complexity and drive insights that fuel smarter, faster, and more impactful operational choices across our Pharmacy and Optical businesses.
What you'll do...
+ As a key member of our dynamic team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both executive leadership and field operators in making informed, strategic decisions. Your day-to-day work will involve analyzing the financial health of our business—focusing on key drivers such as wages, supplies, and other operational expenses
+ By combining deep business acumen with sharp analytical skills, you’ll uncover insights that directly support those on the front lines of customer care. Your contributions will help guide smarter decisions, optimize performance, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional value to our customers and associates

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
1 year’s supervisory experience.
