    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $23 - $35 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Hours: Monday -Friday | 8-hour shifts *potential overtime*

    + Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems

    + Cut, assemble, and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure

    + Install and maintain water supply systems in new structures

    + Locate and repair issues with water supply lines

    + Install new fixtures or replace faulty fixtures

    + Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems

    Qualifications:

    + Current/active Journey Plumber license

    + Comfortable working all phases of construction to include underground, rough, and trim.

    + Own all plumbing hand and power tools, and have the ability to bring them to work everyday.

    + Experience working PVC, CPVC, Copper, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Pex, and expert knowledge of fittings and other plumbing materials.

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience in the Commercial Plumbing field required
