_Be a part of something new and exciting! Tommy Hilfiger is opening a brand-new lifestyle store in Rookwood Commons in Cincinnati, OH and we are looking for a talented, driven, and passionate leader to take on the role of Store Manager._

_Why this Role?_

_As the Store Manager for a new Tommy Hilfiger Lifestyle location, you will have a unique opportunity to build a store team from the ground up, lead your team through a grand opening, and shape the future success of the store._

_SUMMARY:_

_Responsible for the overall performance of the store, generating sales performance, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining store appearance, controlling expenses and shortages._

_MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:_

_Generate sales and profit, minimize losses and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained._

_Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals._

_Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level._

_Communicate professionally and effectively with associates and all support services within the company, act as the liaison for corporate communications (Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Operations, Merchants)._

_Represent the Tommy Hilfiger image through personal and professional appearance._

_Take responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store including sales growth, staffing and inventory results._

_Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills._

_OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:_

_Understand and comply with all company policy, procedures and operations._

_Maintain the highest level of security and safety awareness within the store._

_Recognize problems, analyze causes, generate alternatives and solutions._

_Manage all controllable expenses, including the allocation of payroll._

_Attend mall/center management meetings._

_Create solid partnerships with mall, local community, and corporate partners to identify business, opportunities that results in an increase in store traffic and sales._

_Understand and comply with all Receiving / Shipping – Processing HUB, 3rd-party deliveries, and Transfer procedures._

_Maintain an organized stockroom/off-site area._

_Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program._

_LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:_

_Manage time and prioritize tasks._

_Hire, train, motivate and supervise management and sales staff who have strong presentation and communication skills representative of the Tommy Hilfiger brand image._

_Develop all associates to be knowledgeable in areas of product, merchandising, operations, customer service, sales and growth within the company_

_Effectively supervise the sales floor to ensure customer / associate awareness at all times._

_Demonstrate teamwork within store and company and ensure that staff is treated professionally, respectfully and courteously._

_Maintain confidentiality and meet own commitments._

_Lead by example._

_MERCHANDISING & VISUAL PRESENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES:_

_Responsible for supervision of all departments and ensuring the department(s) performs to its maximum potential._

_Analyze and react to the needs of the business, identify top sellers, slow sellers and fulfillment of merchandising strategy._

_Have thorough knowledge of stockroom organization / systems._

_Pay attention to details._

_Replenish merchandise on a timely basis._

_Have knowledge of the store merchandise._

_Keep Supervisor informed of all merchandise-related issues._

_Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed._

_Maintain organization of merchandise/fixtures/hardware._

_Maintain store cleanliness._
