Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Technician for a direct hire opportunity sitting on-site in San Francisco, CA. The company has acquired a lot of IT equipment, specifically hardware and need someone dedicated to troubleshooting and identifying which products are working, which are not and why. Now they've moved the hardware over they're focusing on software SaaS, software and server troubleshooting, and overall computer support. This would require someone who is task oriented, proactive communicator as each week may be a different priority. Seeking someone eager, willing to learn and grow within the company.

Skills and Requirements

2-4 years of in a technical support role in IT operations environment

Experience with Apple IT products, devices, etc

Variety of IT troubleshooting experience

Hardware troubleshooting and knowledge experience

Comfortable working on site M-F standard hours Certifications (A+, Net+, Sec+, Cloud, etc)

JIRA experience

Agile environment

Bug tracking null
