Our client in **Dearborn Heights, MI** are seeking a dependable and food safety-conscious **Food Production Workers** who play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by performing a variety of hands-on tasks within the production facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and adhering to standard manufacturing procedures to ensure product quality and safety

**What you will be doing** :

+ Feeding cool & hot pans/trays to the line

+ Applying shipping labels

+ Garnishing products

+ Repackaging and reworking products

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Ensure accuracy of production codes, labels, and packaging materials.

+ Follow standard food manufacturing procedures and processes.

+ Operate and adjust coder machines as needed.

+ Return unused materials to designated warehouse locations.

+ Clean and shut down equipment at the end of the shift.

What we’re looking for:

_**Must pass background check, drug screen ( includes thc)**_

+ Ability to follow instructions and food safety standard procedures.

+ Standing for long periods of time

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work in teams and contribute to improvement initiatives.

+ Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Willingness to train and support other associate

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

+ Familiarity with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
