The Principal Training Analyst will lead the definition and refinement of training systems requirements by engaging with stakeholders to capture performance objectives, learning needs, and technical constraints. They will translate those requirements into integrated solution designs, develop high fidelity training plans, and oversee validation activities to ensure alignment with program goals. In partnership with engineering and instructional design teams, they will craft innovative, cost effective training solutions—ranging from simulation to blended learning curricula—and drive their implementation roadmap. Additionally, they will support business development by contributing to capture planning, proposal writing, and client briefings, leveraging deep subject matter expertise to position our offerings competitively.

Required Experience:

+ Minimum 7-10 years of experience with management background

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ To work at this facility, you must be a US person
