Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Technician
**Location:** Richmond, VA
**Pay Range:** $15.00 - $17.00
**Shift:** M-F 7am - 4pm
What's the Job?
+ Operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products.
+ Load uncompleted parts and offload completed components safely.
+ Conduct quality checks and accurately read a tape measure.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the immediate work area.
+ Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
What's Needed?
+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist height.
+ Mechanically-inclined individuals are preferred.
+ Professional and courteous attitude towards work.
+ Strong communication skills to address work-related issues clearly.
