Support the design and implementation of enterprise learning programs that build leadership and professional capabilities. Collaborate with business and HR partners to assess development needs and connect teams with relevant learning solutions. Contribute to a culture of continuous growth through engagement strategies and alignment with enterprise learning governance.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
+ Supports strategic initiatives that advance leadership and professional development priorities across the organization.
+ Consults with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess learning needs, recommend appropriate resources, and support the implementation of learning strategies aligned with business goals.
+ Leads the planning and execution of cyclical communications and engagement campaigns to promote enterprise learning offerings and increase adoption of development tools and programs.
+ Coordinates the deployment of enterprise-wide leadership and professional development experiences, including self-paced learning, virtual instructor-led sessions, and live events.
+ Ensures compliance with enterprise learning governance by adhering to defined processes, standards, and documentation requirements for programs and communications.
+ Assists in evaluating learning solution effectiveness through feedback tools, engagement metrics, and business impact indicators.
+ Maintains expertise in the enterprise leadership and professional development curriculum and serves as a key point of contact for guidance on learning pathways and resources.
+ Researches emerging trends in leadership development and adult learning to inform and refine program offerings.

+ Displays the highest level of critical thinking and analysis in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-departmental problems. Makes prompt, sound decisions when faced with complex and often contradictory alternatives that result in successful outcomes.
+ Operates with considerable latitude. Situations may have little or no precedent requiring original or new concepts or approaches without guidance from others. Reaches decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
+ Develops or engages/directs others in developing innovative solutions to important, highly complex strategic and operating problems; cross-departmental considerations are often present.
Work Environment
+ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
+ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
+ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Education and Experience
+ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
