Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Medical Device Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Integration team supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Medical Device Manufacturing Engineer

**Location:** San Antonio, TX (hybrid)

**Pay Range:** $35 to $40 per hour (depending upon experience)

**Duration:** 12 month contact (possible conversation)

What's the Job?

+ Develop engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP management software.

+ Identify and quote manufacturing methods and new materials with suppliers.

+ Monitor ordering and receipt of materials, coordinating shipping of engineering parts.

+ Manage trade compliance activities and coordinate engineering and production builds.

+ Draft manufacturing work instructions and develop protocols with manufacturing facilities.

What's Needed?

+ A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering.

+ Experience with MS Office suite.

+ Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ 3 years Experience in regulated industry, preferably medical devices.

+ Ability to travel up to 20% to San Antonio office or international manufacturing facilities.
