Description We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, assisting with account information, and supporting customers effectively. This position requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring accurate and helpful information.
• Assist customers with account-related questions, providing detailed explanations and solutions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems.
• Deliver high-quality service in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer support.
• Stay updated on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Requirements • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in order entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
