    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Entry Level- Staff Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and supporting essential accounting processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

    Responsibilities:

    ****COST OF GOODS SOLD**** COGS a must

    • Process high volumes of customer invoices efficiently and accurately.

    • Perform general ledger accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial records.

    • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial close procedures.

    • Create detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements and asset summaries.

    • Maintain and update customer ledgers to ensure accurate account tracking.

    • Conduct monthly inventory evaluations and reconcile associated accounts.

    • Prepare and complete bank reconciliations to ensure alignment of records.

    • Resolve payment settlements and discrepancies in a timely manner.

    • Handle accruals and ensure proper allocation of expenses.

    • Identify and correct accounting discrepancies to maintain compliance and accuracy.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in journal entries and general ledger accounting.

    • Experience working with general ledger systems.

    • Familiarity with asset inventory management and reporting.

    • Strong skills in processing and entering invoices.

    • Background in wholesale distribution accounting practices.

    • Expertise in account reconciliation processes.

    • Ability to identify and resolve account discrepancies efficiently.
