Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a background in high-volume recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining hiring processes, managing requisitions, and supporting organizational hiring needs in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions, ensuring progress and efficiency in the recruitment lifecycle.

• Support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating hiring processes and collaborating with hiring managers.

• Screen candidates and facilitate interviews, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and processes.

• Educate stakeholders on salary ranges and market trends to support informed decision-making.

• Work alongside the team to assign requisitions based on individual expertise and county-specific processes.

• Provide strategic sourcing support to identify and attract candidates with relevant experience.

• Partner with human services and health teams to address specific hiring needs.

• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline operations.

• Maintain a strong focus on process-driven hiring while delivering excellent candidate experiences.

• Collaborate with team members to meet long-term organizational staffing goals

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring environments.

• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems to manage recruitment operations.

• Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

• Demonstrated expertise in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.

• Experience in sourcing candidates and managing end-to-end hiring processes.

• Ability to educate and communicate effectively with stakeholders on salary and market trends.

• Background in human services or health-related recruitment is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions effectively.
