OnSite Specialist Trainer

**GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Support the instruction of New Hire OnSite training at the OnSite Training Center and facilitate the clinical portion of training at local accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Support the day to day training activities at the Houston Training Center
+ Facilitate “Clinical day” portion of Onsite Training Program at local accounts
+ Maintain relationship with local account staff and regional ProCare leadership
+ Provide OJT support for Operations Associates and Specialists
+ Support local and regional training and coverage needs
+ Provide administration support of logistics, travel, and coordination for new hire trainees
+ Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training delivery and design
+ Support documentation of training reports and provide specialist feedback to supervisors
+ Provide on-site training and coverage support for newly implemented accounts
+ Support continuing education initiatives
+ Support the maintenance and documentation of training records
+ Overall in depth knowledge of products and equipment manufactured by Stryker, with strong emphasis on Endoscopy
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, etc.
+ Near visual acuity (corrected) color vision.
+ Mobility, bending, standing for extended periods, stooping, finger dexterity.
+ Audiological problems corrected
+ Intermediate reading and writing abilities.
+ Must be able to deliver presentations to large audiences.
+ Must be able to develop, implement and explain detailed guidelines and procedures.
+ Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
+ Strong procedural and documentation skills.
+ Minimum 1 – 3 years related experience
+ Operating Room experience as a ProCare Surgical Specialist
+ In depth knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and Stryker Endoscopy equipment.
+ In depth knowledge of instrumentation and SPD.
+ Bachelor’s degree
