LVN Wanted Full Time PM Shifts

Pay: $32 Per Hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift Hours: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Adult patient. Patient is dependent on G-Tube, trach and ventilator. Patient located in Exeter, CA.

Responsibilities:

+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

+ On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

+ Are you a new LVN Graduate with an LVN license? Call the office and ask about our Novice Nurse Program.

Qualifications:

+ Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.

+ Current TB or Chest X-Ray (we will provide one for you with costs covered if needed).

+ Current BLS card (Course offered with our office with cost covered).
