    Job Title: Warehouse Lead - C Shift

    Job Description

    As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for managing the receiving and shipping of servers for a data center. Your role will include using computer skills for inventory purposes, particularly with Excel, and overseeing the picking and packing of server orders.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.

    + Place server racks on the data center floor utilizing laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.

    + Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics.

    + Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.

    + Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine material condition.

    + Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the data center.

    + Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems.

    + Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.

    + Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.

    + Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

    + Delegate tasks and communicate effectively to execute the responsibilities above.

    Essential Skills

    + Inventory management skills.

    + Forklift operation proficiency.

    + Order picking and general labor skills.

    + Material handling and loading expertise.

    + Computer literacy, especially in Excel and Word.

    + Reliable transportation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + OSHA 10 certification.

    + Experience with pallet jack and warehouse inventory.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean and organized warehouse environment on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 6 PM to 5:30 AM, with overtime as necessary based on workload.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, Nevada.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
