Job Title: Production Associate

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Shift Schedules Available:

+ Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ Monday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM

We’re actively hiring across multiple departments, including production, assembly, testing, and logistics. Whether you're an experienced technician or just starting your career, we offer hands-on roles in a collaborative, high-tech environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

What You’ll Do:

+ Perform testing and troubleshooting on production units and field returns

+ Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues

+ Evaluate and troubleshoot complex electromechanical instruments

+ Assemble/disassemble electronic equipment using standard tools

+ Execute calibration, inspection, and testing procedures

+ Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions

+ Assist in selecting and configuring specialized test equipment

What We’re Looking For:

+ Interest or experience in electronics or manufacturing (we provide training!)

+ Ability to follow instructions and use basic tools

+ Familiarity with diagrams or schematics is a plus

+ Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, and troubleshooting

+ Comfortable with or open to learning test equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, etc.)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
