As the Team Leader, Project Management – Marketing, you will empower and develop your team of project managers, guiding them as they drive innovative marketing initiatives forward. Your leadership will be foundational in removing obstacles and ensuring timely, high-impact campaign and program delivery. By coaching and mentoring, you’ll champion project management excellence within the marketing function. In this role, your work directly influences the success and visibility of our brand.

About the role

+ Coach and develop your team of marketing project and program managers, collaborating with them to define clear, ambitious goals and set proactive expectations

+ Demonstrate strategic thinking by connecting project decisions to the overall marketing vision and aligning team actions with brand objectives

+ Build trust through authentic relationships, engaging consistently with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional marketing partners

+ Foster open, purposeful communication, ensuring that priorities and campaign impacts are clear to all relevant audiences

+ Drive alignment by clarifying commitments between creative, digital, content, and external agency stakeholders

+ Bring deep expertise in marketing project and program management, excelling across competencies like scope, timeline, creative asset management, risk mitigation, and value delivery

+ Define and execute a cohesive team roadmap, ensuring marketing projects are delivered efficiently, on-brand, and with measurable results

About you

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or equivalent work experience

+ Proven ability to coach and transform team culture through 3+ years of leadership experience

+ Four years of marketing project management experience

+ At least one year of program management within a marketing context

+ One year of marketing technology or digital product implementation experience

+ Hands-on experience with marketing workflow tools such as Monday.com

+ Ability to set and manage expectations across stakeholders, clients, and creative partners

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at every organizational level, including executives

+ Diplomatic, analytical, and solution-oriented thinker

+ Ability to navigate and respond to fast-changing marketing landscapes and client needs

+ Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive campaign deadlines and balance multiple marketing initiatives

+ Proven experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing for results in a marketing environment

+ Adaptability to pivot with shifting campaign priorities and marketing strategies

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred qualifications:

+ Exceptional problem-solving skills, balancing a sense of urgency with strategic marketing vision

+ Ability to translate complex marketing strategies into actionable project goals

+ Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or equivalent

+ Experience with Agile or marketing life cycle management

+ Track record of delivering marketing projects or programs with frequent communication touchpoints and rigorous attention to detail

+ Knowledge of marketing PMO or enterprise PMO best practices and a drive for continuous improvement
