Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

Join a dedicated assembly team focused on building boom trucks, bucket trucks, digger trucks, and more. You will collaborate with team members to complete mechanical assemblies using hand and power tools, following detailed build instructions. This role involves working at various stations, climbing on and underneath trucks, and requires a comfort with heights.

Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with a team to complete mechanical assemblies.

+ Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.

+ Follow build instructions accurately.

+ Work on various types of trucks, including boom, bucket, and digger trucks.

+ Ensure safety when climbing on or under trucks.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years of mechanical experience (heavy assembly, automotive, diesel, military).

+ 2+ years of experience with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in mechanical assembly.

+ Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.

Work Environment

Work on the first shift from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday starting out at $22/hr. Enjoy a brand-new production facility that is clean and well-lit, with tools provided for production assemblers. The work environment includes both a production and service facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, Wisconsin

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
