    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing North American Service Center team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of parts and equipment through our operations. You’ll manage inventory, support production through kitting, and contribute to quality and process improvements.

    What You’ll Do

    + Receive and inspect incoming parts and equipment to ensure quality and compliance

    + Manage inventory across locations (handling, storage, organization, rotation, movement, and cycle counts)

    + Perform kitting to support efficient production of robots and sub-assemblies

    + Report non-conformities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

    + Support production and assembly tasks as needed

    + Handle shipping and receiving operations, including pallet and forklift work

    + Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP)

    Requirements

    We’re open to a range of experiences and backgrounds. If you meet some (not all) of the criteria below, we still encourage you to apply:

     

    + Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management

    + Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)

    + Forklift experience is a plus

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate supply chain needs

    + Degree in Supply Chain or related field is a plus

    + Some exposure to warehousing, warehouse maintenance or warehouse operations is highly desirable

    + Ability to meet physical demands of job: occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing & walking (our Field Engineers can average 15K steps per day!) and working on equipment overhead and at ground-level
