    Overview

     

    As a Chief of Staff (CoS) to an AI leader, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of the AI leader's vision. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to support high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role will be reporting into the Head of Engineering for CCB COSMIC - AI/ML and Gen AI.

     

    This role empowers the AI leader to focus on vision and innovation, while the Chief of Staff ensures seamless execution, organizational alignment, and operational excellence.

    Job responsibilities-

    + Drive and monitor strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    + Strategic Execution.

    + Translate the AI leader's vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

    + Operational Excellence, Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and manage key business processes.

    + Organize and facilitate leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board updates , by providing a Cross-Functional Leadership

    + Act as a liaison across departments (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), fostering collaboration and removing obstacles.

    + Ensure clarity and cohesion in cross-team initiatives.

    + Analyze data, synthesize insights, and provide actionable recommendations to inform leadership decisions.

    + Leverage AI tools for predictive analytics and trend identification.

    + Lead and execute high-impact projects such as go-to-market strategies, investor updates, and key partnerships.

    + Draft executive communications, prepare presentations, and manage internal/external messaging.

    + Ensure clear, timely communication within the leadership team and across the organization.

    Required qualification, capabilities and skills-

    + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

    + 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or similar leadership role, ideally in a technology or AI-driven organization.

    + Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving cross-functional initiatives.

    + Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data and AI tools for decision-making.

    + Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to changing priorities.
